I love, love, love this place! It's my new favorite pizza in Arizona. The cheese and pepperoni are quality. Crust is chewt and airy. Great sauce!
Update: the pizza is still great, but customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen. Any specifications that you may request are "too hard" for them to do.
I requested a large pepperoni pizza and asked them to leave a little area without pepperoni and put some mushrooms on a little area because I needed just a slice for it vegetarian friend. I was told that's too hard to do because they cut the pizza after it is baked. I didn't need it to be a perfect slice of mushroom. It's not rocket science. So, I decided to order a calzone with mushroom for my friend. It was $42 for a large pepperoni pizza and a calzone. I'm assuming that included delivery, but seriously, how much can delivery be to go 2 blocks and then throw a tip on there, it would be $50. This place has no concept of customer service and when you ask to talk to the owner, they make excuses as to why you can't. I work at a nearby hospital and have introduced many people to Pino's pizza and they've gotten a lot of business from us. I am passing along my experiences and discouraging the people, that I once encouraged , from giving them anymore business. So disappointed Pino because you do make a great pizza.
