  • Do you like living with drug dealers, drama, and dirt? This place is for you! The maintenance of the community is absolutely atrocious. At one point, they had a sewage backup into the parking lot - and took over a week to address it. The last straw for me was when they decided to cut down all the trees in the complex to reduce their water bills. I mean, if you like living in prison, you'll feel right at home here: blank ugly walls, boxy little apartments full of mold, messed up neighbors and no place to find shade in the yard.
