  • We received a notice from our HOA that our bare backyard needed to be addressed within 30 days that we received their violation letter. We requested quotes from lots of landscape companies and most did not even have availability to assess our backyard. But Mike from Advantage Landscape was able to come to our home within a few days of our e-mail. Mike was very kind and he offered an affordable price while still meeting our needs in what we imagined our backyard to look like. Mike submitted the paperwork to both our sub-association HOA and our Master's HOA for approval. Once it was approved, the work was scheduled for 2 weeks after ( HOA gives you 4 months to begin work after the blueprints get approved). There was a slight issue and work did not begin on the agreed upon "Day 1" but was promptly started on Day 2. From beginning to end, the whole project took 3 days to complete. We live in the back of a small cul-de-sac and the workers were very considerate to move their cars for our neighbors to come and go as needed. We have received lots of compliments on our backyard and we are very pleased with the work and the company overall.
