I would give a zero star if I could for there service department. I am in the auto industry and bought a 2016 Malibu with 15,000 miles at the auction. I took the car in because some how the passenger seat was completely bent and twisted and thought it should be covered under warranty. Without even taking the time to see what the cause of the issue was they said there was no way Chevy would cover it. I asked to speak to a manager and explained to him my position and said how do you know they won't cover it if you won't take the time to look and see what the root of the problem is. He said he didn't need to Chevy won't cover it somebody must have jumped on the back of the seat. I asked him to show me how someone could do that he said he didn't know. I got heated told them there customer service sucked(not in such nice words and left) if it's not a warranty repair I understand my only point was they should've at least taken the time to look and see.
I am not sure how to respond with out editing my review but I will tell you I took the car to Earnhardt Chevy's new location and was treated very well and got my problem taken care of. My advice to anybody reading this is to give Earnhardts your. Usiness
