  • Appointment had to be rescheduled, which I was given a 3 room cleaning for free. The techs were then 45 minutes late to the newly scheduled appointment. When I got home that afternoon, the hose they had used had not been put up properly and was laying out in my driveway. They had pulled it through the mulch and landscaping and there was mulch scattered everywhere. The trash and pet hair that had been cleaned up was then deposited in front of my driveway, on my curb and out in the street in front of my house. I sent an email with no response. After almost a month with no reply, I called and spoke with the manager. He assured me this was not proper protocol and upgraded the 3 room cleaning to a whole house carpet cleaning for free.
