  • Switched to Fios because they had the best prices for internet. The guy came out to install my internet and 6 hours later the guy gave up and I still have no internet. The gentleman that came out was very nice but he left for about 45 minutes and did not tell me that he was leaving and I did not know when he would be back or if he was gonna come back. I had to miss a whole day of work instead of just a couple of hours. I am very disappointed and hopefully I get my internet set up soon. If not I will be switching to someone else.
