  • I booked a reservation pick-up from my home to the Phoenix airport. Five minutes before arrival time I get an email stating my reservation was cancelled because no vans were available!! WTF?!? I called Customer Service and they could not give me an explanation and left me hanging. I had to scramble at the last minute to get a taxi and paid twice the price. Very UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!
