  • Ok so after purchasing cars for nearly 35 years I loathe the process and have become so jaded that I go into the experience with the most negative attitude possible. Until now, the team at Peoria Audi is awesome and patient, we purchased an Audi Q5 from the team and over the 4 weeks process of deciding what vehicle to buy and from whom, we met with 3 different sales people at Peoria Audi, but we also made sure to acknowledge our original sales person to insure he got some of the commission. The whole operation works as one cohesive team that communicates very well, all the way down to financing. Which, is typically where most dealers try to oversell you on warranties and jack up your monthly payment up, but these guys explain everything to you in detail and if you don't want it, that's it, no hard pressure sales, really enjoyed the experience and for my next Audi I will be back to see the team here again. I am a customer for life, thank you.
