  • I've been coming to Ann Road Vet for two years now. Unfortunately I had to have my dog of 16 years euthanized on 3/18/17. The staff was amazing when we went through this process. On 3/26/17 I received an email stating this same pet was due for her health checkup. I sent them an email asking them to update their records; they send a nice response back apologizing. OK so this happens, I let it go. Then after waiting a reasonable time for the call to pickup my pet's remains, I made calls on 3/28/17 only to discover they were delivered back to Ann road vet on 3/24/17 and no one bothered to notify me. I can't even tell you how devastating this was, not sure if I'll even go back there again with my other dog.
