  • I just left this location after they tried to sell me a damaged part. I ordered a toilet flushing lever to replace one that was broken on my toilet. When I called, they stated there were 3 of the levers at another store. They told me they would send one to the Mesa store that was closer to my house the next day. When I arrived, the bag the part came in was open and the part was damaged. There were 7 chips off the brushed chrome finish on the metal handle and there was a washer that was missing. I showed the guy who got my part for me and he asked me if I wanted to buy it. I told him no, it's damaged. He replied with "so you don't want it"?. There was no quality control at al and the customer service was terrible. They wasted my time and now I have to order it from another company. I called the manager to let him know what happened and he couldn't have cared less!!! His statement was "we're human"... Oh, I guess that makes up for trying to sell someone a damaged part and wasting their time. I told him "nice attitude, I guess that's why you have a 1.5 star on yelp". He replied with "oh well". Terrible customer service and damaged parts!!!
