  • We had a horrible experience with this company. We requested an initial deep clean. They were here for less than 1.5 hours and did not clean according to the deep clean checklist. I emailed owner and she had someone come out a few days later. I wasn't home at the time, so I paid via PayPal. I came home and the areas I emailed the owner about were STILL not completed. Note to self... be there when they are finished and don't pay until all of your services are rendered. I asked for a refund, as they competed the transaction through PayPal! Of course no resonate from company. Horrible service, and I have had plenty of housecleaning done!
