  • Cancelling my membership here. I was a member for over a year and while I do enjoy the membership perks I don't enjoy the lack of consistency and wax left over when my service is complete. I really dislike getting waxed and need a little incentive to do it every month like clean results each time. Granted when I have complained in the past management has always offered me a free service which I have used. This is great but they don't seem to improve on the quality of their services based on feedback. Based on the reviews here, I am not alone... Too bad - I hope they improve.
