  • This place sucks. The Police are here every few days due to domestics and break-ins. The locks are terrible. You definitely need extra security. Given they are brand new, the appliances and finishes are terrible. Very badly built with no soundproofing and the air conditioning is so loud when its on, you cannot make a phone call and you have to have the TV up real loud. Its so annoying. It feels like I'm living in a ghetto. They let very unruly looking people live here and its resulting in crime and break ins. For the type of rent they make you pay, this place is definitely not worth it when you weigh up all the cons against a few pros. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
