  • Visited this hospital in the fall to update my dogs shots, and the vet couldn't figure out why I was there? Or what shots were needed. Btw my pet is on the Banfield plan. Today I'm told by the groomer that his vaccinations are not current. Huh?!? So walk over to the clinic and they said oh yea he is due for a lot?! What!?! I was never notified of anything being due, and the receptionist kept referring to "him" as "her". I'm never ever going to this clinic again, shame on them. Going back to Tatum/Shea office, seems the only one that has their act together.
