  • After reading the reviews, I was expecting bad customer service. I usually purchase @ Macy's but they don't accept Mac gift cards so I had to come to the store. I walked in and of course they were slightly busy( but it's MAC that's expected) I was greeted by both the manger and the other associate that was there. After it died down Jonita asked me what I was looking for I showed her a picture of a dress I had and wanted a dramatic lipstick to pull it all together. She literally pulled out 3 lipstick options and pencil that was the exact look I was going for. She was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable asking any questions about the products. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience being helped by Jonita. Thanks so much for your help babe. Although the MAC store isn't close to me it's worth the drive. If you participate in the back to Mac program and bring the containers to a free standing store, your options are a lipstick or shadow. However, @ the depot stores your only option is a lipstick. It's a win win just more options.
