  • Ok so we eat here a lot. We think the quality & choice of the food is good and the food is definitely flavorful. Today the service was good, but we can't understand why they charge $1 extra for a "premium" side. They were out of sweet potato fries completely and their broccoli is never cooked all the way, so we needed substitutes. Anyway, the waiter didn't explain it clearly. Obviously, Chilis caters to a younger population, but we are customers, too. We don't expect too much & we don't like feeling gypped.
