  • We were visiting my Mom and trying to help her with some issues in her home. Since she has dementia, it's quite difficult for "outsiders" to listen to her ramblings, etc. She needed a plumber to repair her kitchen faucet and find out why her bathroom drains were not functioning properly. After looking at reviews on plumbers in the area, I decided to contact Lawson Family Plumbing. What a treasure that find was!!!! Darrell was the tech that came to the house. He was so fantastic in his communications with us as well as patient with my Mom. He made sure every step he was taking was explained to us but only after he gave us the diagnosis of what work was required and the costs involved. Darrell even had to leave the home to go back to the shop to pick up the new faucet. He said he'd be gone 20 minutes, and my Mom pretty much timed him!! How wonderful it was to see her smile that, in fact, he was only gone 20 minutes. His work was fantastic! He was neat and tidy making sure any faulty pieces were removed. I can't recommend Lawson Family Plumbing enough!!!
