  • I called the club today to get some information. Mike answered the phone, he was rude and unprofessional. After he was hanging up on me the first time, I called back and ask him why he did that so, he said because he didn't have the information and then he hanged up on me again. I live in the neighborhood and I truly don't talk to this kind of people very often. I think Mike is wrong guy at wrong job. Hope the management will step it up and get someone nice and more fun to answer the phone.
