  • Customer service has lots of issues - makes me wonders how soon Staples is going out of business - back home and online looking for other print options locally, along with lower (much) prices and more options at Amazon.com!! Submitted a print order for business cards, email confirmation said they would be ready Tuesday, went in late Wednesday to pick up but (surprise!) not ready - supposed issue with the graphics (even though the proof through their software was fine) and was told that somebody had tried to call me about it (funny though, no records of any missed calls and no voicemails) - so ... supposedly ready in an hour, but it's out of my way so it will be another day or so before I make another attempt to pick it up. They should discount based on number of trips it takes to get a finished project back from them (I had a similar issue on the last print job which required multiple visits to this store ... strike two!).
