After months of doing research, my wife decided to buy a Jeep Patriot. We priced them online and she stopped at a local dealer to look at them. She knew what she wanted and the exact trim.
Today we went to the credit union and got preapproved for an auto loan. We thought it was going to be easy at the dealer because we already knew the vehicle we wanted. Let's just say that it didn't go well. We walked out angry. We were both hungry so during lunch we decided to call Dane County Auto. They had the Jeep she wanted.
We talked to Dennis. He had all the info about the Jeep. He answered my questions and he seemed very nice. We decided to go down to Stoughton to talk to them. Since our first experience was so bad, we didn't have high hopes. Boy were we wrong.
We felt very welcomed and everyone was polite. Jose showed us the Jeep and walked us through the options. We sat down to deal and they gave us a great price off MSRP and they gave us what we wanted for a trade in. The process did go long but my wife said it took just as long as when I bought my Harley.
Dennis filled the tank with gas and walk us out to it. He sat next to my wife and walked her through everything. He was very patient with our questions and he didn't mind the extra time it took.
I recommend Dane County Auto. Everyone was helpful and very nice.
