  • My name is Melanie from California. My husband went to Vegas for his pharmacy convention and I. was just tagging along with him. We went shopping and wasn't planning to buy any jewelry, we were just shopping around but once we passed by Ben and Gioilli jewelry store, we couldn't resist... this store has amazing jewelry. We ended up trade in my old ring and they gave us a good deal on my old ring and the ring that I was starting at priced at $43,000. Yes pricey but I've never seen a jewelry store that you can negotiate the price, not usually happens in America, usually you can negotiate in Asia but oh boy... I negotiated and I got such a good deal on my new ring !!! I couldn't be happier with the jewelry that they have. Staff are amazing !!! Danak is very very friendly, honest and professional !!!We love these kind of sellers . We as customers, we want the sellers to be honest with their customers... I had such a great experience at your store Danak I definitely would recommend friends and family to go there. Oh and when the store shipped my ring from Vegas to California, I received exactly the same one that we bought and in one piece. We received the ring on exact day as Danak was promised me. Thank you Danak for being such an honest seller and friendly and professionally!!! Thank you again!!we will see you soon
