  • Think of a cliche that describes poor service. Now soperimpose over that image the steak and shake logo. I walked out of an empty Steak and Shake before ordering. It took 12 minutes to be seated in an empty retaurant. I don't want them to close, though, tbh, I wouldn't wish those seevers on other managers. Steer clear of this one. It's one star because I can't set it to 0.
