This place was great! Nice secluded location, office building surrounding so not much traffic or noise! The staff was very friendly, from host to server! They were ready to accommodate us at our reservation time, I did not have to wait any longer.
Food was excellent! Most places in Scottsdale are overpriced with no quality in the food, I loved everything from my glass of Pinot noir to my salmon dish. The fresh bread had much variety, from dinner rolls to muffins. We ordered the chicken flatbread appetizer. It was delicious. My salmon was cooked perfectly with a tad bit of BBQ sauce marinated on top, pure perfection. I chose mash potatoes as my side, the gravy was amazing. The presentation of the dinner was very southern and I liked that, very different and unique in Scottsdale.
The decor of the restaurant was very warm and cozy, but elegant and classy! I truly enjoyed my experience and I will refer, recommend and return to roaring fork. Bravo!
