  • I have done Bikram before when I lived in Northern Nevada and wanted to get back into it. Green Valley offered a Groupon and I jumped at the chance to start up again. Check in is easy and the place is clean. The room itself is warm and steamy just the way it should be. The instructors are all helpful and constantly monitoring to make sure no one passes out. When those classes get to be people practically on top of each other these guys really have to be on their toes. The others who take the class are all really welcoming and as at other Bikram sites, nonjudgmental. We are all into get our sweat on together. Don't be afraid if you can't do all the poses or if you need to lay down to get your bearings again, it is all part of experience. I am happy I found this place and have gotten several of my friends to join me for a total group gathering.
