  • The worst part of this 5 hour experience was when the manager Sean told us to call our lawyer and that he won't do anything either! I could believe that the workers were rude but the manager too?! Plus he refused to come out of his office and look at our truck or talk to us face to face! We spent $660 for an oil change and transmission service, the workers argued with us about the filter our trans needs, and after wasting a half hour we were right about our own truck. Imagine that. Never have we had to tell the techs at a lube spot how to do their job. Then they left grease all over our steering wheel, gas and brake pedals, floor and gear shaft. When they offered to clean it we thought they were going to give us a free truck wash for our trouble, but no! The manager said he wouldn't give us a free $40 wash because of a little grease and a 5 hour wait. It was NOT a little grease!
