  • I wish I could give them negative stars. They are so nice while touring and once they have your money their attitude completely changes. While my son was there they lost his bottles and diapers-which I mentioned and the director just shrugged it off as "their just diapers". The diapers were for his sensitive skin as other diapers gave him bad rashes. Also while in attendance he got hand-foot-mouth disease. That disease is contracted by feces. I was mortified and so upset I pulled him out. I never got a call back to retain him nor to ask about a long absence. And in the process they used his personalized blanket. And when I came back to retrieve his blanket it was no where to be found. I would steer clear of this particular establishment. Save yourself the headache.
