  • This is my worst experience at a hotel in North America. Customer service needs to improve, valet parking was a nightmare; took 30 minutes to get my car and that's after I've called down for it. Worst part: I booked here to be able to use their spa, relax, and properly vacation only to be told the spa and their pool is closed once I checked in. Go to Four Seasons instead.
