  • We had a friend who was living here. We went to pick him up for an appointment to find him in bed in soiled clothes and sheets. When we asked the nurse why he was in soiled clothes and sheets she said "You don't pay for that kind of service here". If we had not gone to take him to his appointment who knows how long he'd be sitting there for. We had heard AMAZING things about this place, but experienced quite the opposite. How as a human being is it possible to not CARE, to not step up and say 'well his sheets are soiled and he's laying in it, he can't help himself, let's fix this'. No compassion is shown and the superior attitudes shown here from nurses to loved ones is disgusting. Would never recommend this place.
