So my wife and I pull up looking to trade in our '07 Rio, which is the 5th car I had bought from a major competitor of theirs but was too far to drive on a Sunday afternoon, and up walks a young man tattoo'd up to his wrists, with huge gauged pierced ears, Ken Mraz My first reaction was - "Really? This is our salesman?" Ken proceeded to probably be the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I have dealt with. Despite not being with Earnhardt for very long, he knew the 2016 Sedona inside and out and was a great ambassador for the Kia line of cars. He listened to us well and took care of us all through the process. He was very polite, patient while I was a bit of a pain in the ass, and got our deal done in really good time. I would highly recommend him to a friend. He followed up with us the next day to make sure everything went well and was there to greet us when we returned for a resigning on the loan docs. Rory in finance was great, he was able to get us a better deal than we originally agreed on and was very quick, yet explained everything very nicely.
Overall one of the best experiences I've had at any dealership in the Valley.
