  • The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I have not yet had them do the work. With that being said, I took in a very challenging piece of art for them to frame. It is a massive painting that has years of weather damage, exposure, the whole piece is bowing and the edges look like a dog chewed it up. The piece has enormous sentimental value so we wanted it to get properly framed. We worked with the manager, whom I believe is name Kathy, and another employee named Michael. Both were very knowledgeable and offered multiple options to help us preserve the piece in the best manner possible. Due to the size of the artwork, the cost was pricier than we were prepared for at the time, but we do intend to take it back to them to be completed. I will update my review then.
