  • Dropped my lease off two weeks ago to find out the part had to be ordered. Last week was told I will have your car done by Tuesday. Friday rolls around and still not done. Meanwhile Sergio keeps promising it will be done each day. Saturday rolls around no call. So I call about 4:30 and nope not done. Tell my why I have had to bring my 2016 leased in September every 3 months to be fixed. Pissed off with the run around this place gives me. Has screwed my summer vacation too. Not everyplace is perfect but this is bull shit. Dragon and Sergio have done everything they can for us and this unfortunate situation. They have handled this matter very professionally and went out of their way to make this situation better. They were able to get us a lease for our vacation so we did not miss our family vacation. We are thankful and appreciative for their efforts to make the best out of this unfortunate situation. Amanda and Nina were very helpful in the rental department.
