  • Just moved to the area from Chandler, and I'm delighted to say that the help I received at this store was FANTASTIC! Associates are everywhere, and act genuinely interested in helping you locate everything on your list! This is how shopping at giant hardware stores should be! Unless you're a contractor, you're likely buying items unfamiliar to you, so a little help really goes a long way! I like Ace Hardware for the helpful staff, but you can only return items to the same store it was purchased from because they're individually owned. I understand, but an Ace brand item should be able to go back into any stock, and it gives customers like me a reason to shop at the giant stores which will take returns from any of their locations. Between having to make special trips back to Tempe and Scottsdale for returns and the lack of help at other giant hardware stores in the area, this Home Depot is where I'll return with my next list of items for the new house!
