  • In so disappointed in the service I received. I came in with grown out highlights asking for them to be redone. I showed multiple photos of my own hair and what I wanted as a final result. I left with my hair this awful brown colour. I know I had a student hairdresser but I was also very clear about the final results I wanted. When I called the salon the "manager" told me I would have to pay to get the hair corrected. Aside from that I got left at the wash out sink for forever, completely soaked by the washout I was given by another stylist because mine had already moved onto another client. Take a hard pass on this place it's a disorganized mess with little to no oversight from management or senior stylists.
