  • I come here with my almost 10 yr old daughter that very much needs help for anger and behavioral issues. This place is a JOKE! I see this as a melting pot for Therapists that aren't good enough for a better practice. The front desk receptionists are not at all welcoming and if you have an issue, they seem to have no care or concern. They try to change appointments without notifying you and think it's no big deal. This is a Children's place, yet the only have appointments during school hours, or their appointments are far out and your child cannot be seen or get in for constant help in a timely manner. Heaven forbid your here on a Friday , an hour before close while the manager is on vacation , while in a session someone knocks on the door, opens the door and interrupts and rush you out because "they are closing in 5 min" ! Disgusting individuals that are suppose to care and help children! Because of this place, my daughter getting help has once again be delayed as now I'm going to have to find a more qualified, professional place to get her help. Families go through enough , when we reach out to get our child help with "professionals" we are almost begging. It's a hard enough situation to have a child with issues, then to seem like no one cares and also be apart of delaying getting her help. Do Not Send Your Child Here!
