  • I am giving this place four stars conditionally. If it were in Monterey Park or San Francisco I'd be much harsher, but in Cleveland its downright gourmet Chinese food. The dim sum is pretty good, served on the push carts by surly Asian ladies. I have yet to eat from their lunch or dinner menu, but I imagine the dishes would be respectable. The best Chinese food in Cleveland hands down.
