  • Alexis Atencio worked her tail off in 48 hours for me. When we 1st met I initially assumed with it being the very end of the month and 20 mins left until closing, that she would be too busy and forget about me but I was incredibly surprised. I was very stressed under my time crunch of 14 days to move after choosing a new job opportunity within the week. I met with her two days later and she had a large list of properties that she had GPS my daily commute, did all of the math for each property based on my budget, she gave a variety of options for me to choose from the low end to higher that suited my 'single mom budget'. She listened to my deal breakers, asked about my flexibilities and respected my budget restrictions. She was never pushy, or rushed me, made me feel like I was a burden or difficult what so ever. Alexis went with me to the properties, yes- agents do this, but she stayed with me and viewed each floor plan I showed interest in and stayed with me to begin paperwork and DROVE TO THE GROCERY STORE to get a cashiers check for me to pay my admin fee. She made sure that I was happy with what I was signing for and left at that point to give me privacy to do the rest. She really went above & beyond for me, because of her I am worry free and happy. I can now actually enjoy the moving process thanks to her. This location I highly recommend, agents here take care of you, advise you, and go beyond customer service, they treat you like family.
