  • Seriously poor service. I came in to get my car fixed from overheating, payed $65 to have it check out and determine exactly what the problem was, paid $400 in labor to change a few hoses and thermostat, which is outrageous just to change 3 things in a car, then I get my car returned to me and it's still not fixed. I bring it back to them and now they say it's a different part and they wanted to charge me $$850, to put in a $200 part, that's $650 labor for something they made a mistake on. They told me that everywhere I went, it was going to be the same price. I made a few calls and educated myself about the problem and found out, Meineke would fix it for $400, parts and labor included. This is business just takes your money and at the end of the day does not care about you personally. Mike was the guy that rung me up and what a bad experience he left in me about the company. If you're reading this, please think twice before you decide to go with them, truth is there's better businesses that can't actually take care of you. I'm never going back again.
