  • Stayed here a few times this year and both times have been awesome. Every employee I either saw in the hallway or elevator were super nice and gave a great impression of the other hotel workers. I don't know about how it is to check in and out because I had it done for me by someone else, but I am sure its easier when you're a Diamond or Seven Star member (they have such nice lounges too). The room it self was very nice, I got just a classic room and the beds were very comfortable and the whole experience was great as always.
