  • Would've given them 5 stars. But: (1) I found a dead fly in one of my frogboxes. They claim that they sanitize the boxes before delivery to each customer so I'm skeptical that they actually did this. Or if they did then it definitely wasn't a very thorough job (2) I was contacted informing me that my scheduled time slot was not available for drop-off and that it had to be changed. I work full-time so it was hard to accommodate. Ended up paying them via credit card prior to my drop-off date. They could use an improvement on operations scheduling. Other than that it's been a great experience. The boxes were sturdy, easy to pack, easy to stack, and my movers loved them too!
