I don't recommend using Entrust.
1. Read the contract. They keep the tenants security deposit and labels it as Service Fees. The owner do not get the deposit if something goes wrong.
2. If your yearly agreement expires, they will try to sneak in a 2 year term in order to lock you in.
3. Customer services is atrocious. Over my 2 year I've used them, I've always have to follow up to ensure things gets done.
4. If you decide to leave to another company, they treat the exit process as difficult as possible. Ie. Locking me out of the online portal.
5. If you have a Home Warranty, they want to charge a fee when using them.
I chalk it up to a learning opportunity. I hope you don't learn my experience.....
