  • I do not recommend this service for several reasons: 1) Change of Ownership in 2011. The previous owner was 100% all about customer service the new owner is all about billing and billing errors. 2) The new owner is NOT an experienced pool maintenance person and during the time I had him the cleanings performed were poor in quality. (example throwing away pool toys stuck in the basket, no noticeable difference after cleaning, having to perform my own cleaning hours after he had visited the house, having to go to the store myself to get information in how to deal with cloudy water after strong winds) I dont doubt the good will to get his business going but marketing has to be hand in hand with good service. 3) Multiple billing errors always in favor of the business. 4) He does not honor his commitments changing his cleaning day according to HIS needs. If I hire someone to clean on Wednesday and they agree I dont want them to come on Monday Also comes up with funny yearly calculations to take unexpected vacation time that you will have to pay for. If I pay for the month I expect the pool clean as agreed on my monthly fee. (Regardless if there is an extra Wednesday in the month. A monthly fee is a monthly fee) As you will be able to read in his profile he is very proud of his Finance degree and I can share with you that he is all about billing and extra unexpected bills. Yes all about HIS finances As for my financial sense I decided to switch and get better financial value by hiring a pool expert, customer service oriented provider who is able to honor his commitments and no billing surprises
