  • AC going out in July in AZ is a Phoenician's idea of a horror film. Add 3 large dogs that would also need to go to an alternate address and it's a crisis ( relatively of course). I called ACA and left a message. It was early evening. I got a call back within 15 minutes and was asked if someone could come at 7 or was that too late? 105' outside? Come at fricken 2 AM and I'll cook you breakfast. Troy showed up early and got up on the roof. Unfortunately It was a big fix and all the places he could get the parts were closed. We sat outside with the masters and drank enough wine to sleep through anything. Every fan we had was pointed at us and the dogs. We had to go to work but Troy showed up first thing with the parts, climbed up to the roof from the front yard so as to not freak the dogs out and fixed it. We came home to a cool house and happy dogs. It's always nerve wracking to call a service company not knowing what you're gonna get and how ethical they are. I will never hesitate to call ACA, ever. And I'm a pessimist.
