  • I do think Flying Biscuit is a bit expensive, but they serve mostly organic and gluten free products. So in that sense, its a steal. I would rather pay more for simple ingredients. Their portions are also huge! So you can get the High Flyer for 6 or 8 bucks- but split it with someone else. Being from Wilmington, NC- Breakfast places are a staple. It has been hard to find good eclectic breakfast places in Charlotte. So if that is what you're looking for, come here! I've been for both breakfast and dinner and out of all the times I have been here, not once have I been disappointed.
