  • I am typically very skeptical about the companies used by our home warranty company, American Home Shield. Our water heater went out on Sunday morning and flooded our garage. After putting the claim in with AHS, AM PM plumbing called me right away and sent a technician over within a few hours who confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced (which our contractor also confirmed). AM PM called AHS right away on Monday morning and had the water heater approved, and they came back and installed it on Wednesday. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful, and AM PM was very easy to work with. I was very nervous about all the reviews, but we were very satisfied with our experience.
