  • The cashier girl took our order, charged our Amex and left the shift. 20 mins in, we asked if the order is ready and was told our order was never put in. The manager actually gave us a hard time. We actually have to pull our Amex charge up on the phone to show them. Terrible service. Overpriced pizzas. It's doing well because I guess it's located in a hip hotel and the their pizza is cheaper meal than a nice meal at the surrounding restaurants.
