  • Helen responded promptly to my request for a quote to replace a plugged Moen shower cartridge. I had watched a few videos on diy repairs and it ranged from straightforward replacements in less than 15 minutes to several hours, depending upon how much rust or debris plugged the faucet. I had requested quotes from other plumbers and one said they would charge me by the half hour. Once i sent a photo of the faucet, Helen reaffirmed for me her initial quote for replacement of a standard Moen cartridge and I decided to go with it. Jerry came as scheduled with his son and was very skillful and efficient. He was done in 20 minutes. He recommended to get a puller for Moen faucets if I decide to do it myself next time. I also asked for their yelp discount which they honored. I would call them again for help.
