  • This place is a complete let down. Two weeks ago they came to do my yard. I happened to be home this Friday and watched the two men not pick one weed out of my yard. The half assed blew the leaves around and stood around just yapping with each other. Next thing I now they left. I called Green Guru immediately complaining and they sent the guys back. However, they didn't get all the weeds. They never trimmed a bush. Didn't shape a tree. Nothing! Billy later called that evening to apologize and assured me that someone would be sent back to my property the following week at no charge (like I'd pay because it's their fault anyway ), however no one came. Two weeks now and not a peep from them. I have today cancelled my service and I refuse to pay for this past bill as they didn't bother to complete the job. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. Only the answering service they hire and no one is ever available when you call. Everyone has to be called back. It's really a shame. This place did fantastic on the first time hit their business slide. Billy even stated he only gave his people about an hour per house. Sorry but that doesn't always seem to be enough time. And if your guys are behind that's not my fault to have crap service so they can make up time. Be aware of this company. Terrible customer service. So disappointing.
