  • Can't say much about Xpressions, as I ended up walking out. What I would like to express is my extreme dissatisfaction with one particular nail technician named Brandi. Brandi had a horrible attitude the moment I walked in to get my nails done. Very poor customer relation skills. She didn't greet me, just said my name and motioned me to sit down. I used a Groupon which was good through the date of my appointment. She didn't want to accept the Groupon after I showed her the voucher on my phone claiming it was expired. After debating what expiration dates mean, she went to another room to call Groupon to verify. She returned from this supposed conversation with Groupon to tell me she was right and the Groupon was no good. Due to her snarky attitude more than anything I decided it was probably best that I just leave. Upon getting home, I called Groupon to find out what was going on, and was told that my voucher was still good for that day. In my opinion, for what ever reason, Brandi either lied to me or just didn't feel like working that afternoon.
