  • Update: had to come again for my 3 year old. We have been waiting in the waiting room for OVER two hours! This place is a fucking joke! I guess I could take her to the ER and been seen sooner and tell Cardons ER that their Urgent care is inept. At this point I would give negative stars! We are a Banner family, we are frequent flyers at Cardons, unfortunately. I feel bad that Banner has their name on this Urgent care because it's a joke! I went here because it's Banner and because I didn't want to wait 3 hours in the ER. We showed up yesterday around 7:30, my 3 year old was hit in the eye with a a metal baseball bat. We were placed in a room at 8:30, didn't see a doctor until 9:05-9:10. In 5 mins she tells me she can't do an x-ray because she doesn't feel comfortable reading it, so she sends us to another place for an x-ray, which obviously is closed. Get an x-ray after waiting 1 1/2 hours to get it done. Called the urgent care to get the results and they told me it will be 3-5 days! Really!?! Called the imaging place, they had faxed the results already. Call the urgent care back again....I was informed that they are too busy to read it and they might get back to me tomorrow. All I have to say is WTF! My daughter could have a broken orbital bone, or worse and you are too busy!?! I should have just gone to the ER, such a joke!
