A group of us decided to celebrate my friend's birthday. I created a tab and at the end of the night when I wanted to pay up, the barmaid gave me a receipt for $75 without a detailed list of what I had gotten. When I had asked her for the detailed receipt, she refused, by lying that she had given me the paper before but I threw it out (completely false). When I insisted, she got agitated and said "just pay your bill!". After arguing with her for about 5 minutes, she produced bill for 63$, which showed she tried to scam me. I had complained to the manager and the barmaid lied and said I had left without paying!
I assume she does this with other clients who she thinks are too drunk or stupid to see through her scam.
Though the manager did offer me a free drink, the waitress should have been fired or at least reprimanded. Unbelievable.
